My first podcast attempt

Here's my first podcast, which I did using the sound recorder on Windows and a PC mic that is good enough. Hope you guys like it. I'm in the process of doing a full-blown vlog (as in video blogging soon). But it is not easy work.

These popular social networking websites now allow people to capture history. In today’s wired world, the unfolding of events can be documented almost instantaneously with technology. Taiwan quake disrupts RP Internet, phone services

(Ironically, I’m currently experiencing faster Internet despite this report. Go figure.)

Yes this explains the “intermittent” or slowing down of Internet services since this morning. Apparently, the 7.1 earthquake that hit Taiwan damaged major submarine fiber optic cables connecting the Philippines to the international networks.

On a side note, some business process outsourcing companies in the country suffered downtime due to this “unexpected” disaster. The impact of the damage is not yet known, or when will the services become normal. Abangan.

vox testing...one, two, three...

This is my nth blog. But since it is here, I'm trying it out. Vox appears to be a cool blogging system because of the interface and simple ways to attach photos, audio, videos, etc. I will try this out for a while until I get the hang of it.
